“Miami Thrice”, “Los Tres Leches de Chocolate”, “The 3 Amigos”… We Got It All!!!

FINALLY!!!  After what has really been about two years of speculation, rumors, talks, and the craziest media super-frenzy anyone has ever seen, the top 3 players of the 2010 NBA Free Agency have all chosen their teams.  And who would have thought, they all chose the Miami Heat!!!  The 2003 1st, 4th, and 5th pick of the NBA draft (LeBron James, Chris Bosh, and Dwyane Wade respectively) all signed extensions with their own former teams (Cavs, Raptors, and Heat) so that they could purposely all be free agents at the same time so that they could simply be free agents together.  At the end of this past season, the fans and NBA had many revelations revealed.First was the amount of cap space the top contending teams to land these 3 superstars had.  The frontrunners for this was The Miami Heat, New Jersey Nets, New York Knicks, Chicago Bulls, and the Cleveland Cavaliers.  There’s lots of technical and legal mumbo jumbo over how it would be possible to sign just two of these superstars which would essentially result in them accepting less money.  Well after a borderline emotionless Playoff Series this past season which was tremendously overshadowed by free agency speculation, the big 3 have all decided to sign with The Miami Heat.

I’m so freaking excited I can’t type anymore… just enjoy the picture and to my readers in Miami: I celebrated last night with the rest of you and will continue to do so.  This is an amazing feeling.  To the city of Cleveland: You have truly been blessed for the past 7 years.  I know you’re all extremely upset and sad right now and that’s understandable.  Please don’t riot.
