My 2015 Oscar Predictions

movies-oscars-2014-genericIt’s that time of year again. That little sweet spot period of time when the Oscar nominations are released and before the actual award ceremony. Now film buffs like myself all the way down to the casual fan who may or may not have seen the films that are actually nominated (if any) weigh in on their predictions and arguments. It should be noted that Birdman and Grand Budapest Hotel lead the nods with 9 each.

Well, I’ve seen only a few of them, I’ll admit, during the time of me writing this post. Obviously it’s not going to stop me from making my predictions. As always, after the awards (Feb. 22, 2015 on ABC) we’ll come back and compare prediction with reality. To save time and space, I’ll just leave my predictions and give my reasoning for it later.

I should ask, however: How is Interstellar not nominated for Best Picture?
